How Does The Merchant Keep Track Of Voucher Redemptions?

Merchants can track their redemption’s by collecting vouchers from customers, logging into their YipDeals merchant account, clicking on “My Purchases”, and entering the Voucher number and setting it to “Mark As Used”.

Who Is Responsible For Customer Services Inquiries?

The merchant is responsible for all customer inquiries, refunds, and correspondence for all buyer requests.

What Happens On Expiration Of A Voucher If Not Redeemed?

The “Amount Paid” is good for life towards products or services the merchant provides. It has NO CASH VALUE. (However, applying a cash value is at the sole discretion of the merchant if they so choose).
